The "A tale about me" technique

The "Fairy Tales" deck (or any imagery deck) becomes a mirror of your life's storyline. The drawn card hints at which chapter of the story you are in and where the hero is heading.

⏱ Time: 10-15 min ▸ Level: easy
1
Phrase your question
Phrase the theme or question to build your personal storyline around — relationships, a choice, a fear, a dream or a situation.
2
Choose a deck
Story-driven imagery decks work best for this method — with tales, people and situations. It's easier to "read" your own story in them.
3
Draw a card
Focus on your question and draw a card. Don't judge — just look at who is on it and what is happening.
4
Interpret the storyline
Tell the card as a story about yourself: who the hero is, where they are, what they feel, what comes next. That's how your inner knowledge opens up.
