Resource Map

Gather your resources across four spheres — people, places, activities, inner supports — and see what you can lean on.

Gently: not a medical procedure. Listen to your body; pause or stop at any moment. Breath-holding and cold exposure are contraindicated for several conditions (cardiovascular, respiratory, pregnancy).

What this technique is

Resource Map is a self-knowledge technique: the user gathers their resources across four spheres (People, Places, Activities, Inner Supports), with 3–5 items + an optional note for each on how it supports them. The finale is a summary map + reflection + a link to the «Obstacles and resources» spread.

Why

To see your supports — external and internal — and understand what you can lean on in a hard moment. The map helps you remember that resources exist, even when it feels like there is nothing.

When to use

When it feels like there is no energy for anything. When you want to understand what fills you up and what drains you. Before a hard decision or a difficult period — to see your support.

The «Resource Map» technique is a way to see what fills you up, not only what drains your energy. You gather resources across four spheres: people, places, activities, inner supports. For each — a few items and a short note on how it supports you. The finale is a summary map and a question: which resource is asking for attention now, which one will you add this week. The value of the map is not in quantity, but in seeing that you have support, even when it feels like there is nothing. The entry can be downloaded as PDF and saved to your account.
