Big Five: Five Personality Factors
The Big Five is the most researched scientific model of personality. It describes a person along five independent traits: openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. It's not "good" or "bad" — it's your habitual way of being in the world. The result shows tendencies, not a label.
Before you start
The result describes your typical tendencies — it is not a diagnosis or a "better/worse" rating. Any trait works in one context and gets in the way in another. If the result raises questions, discuss it with a psychologist.
